We acknowledge that our customers have the right to get accurate information about the products sold to them with regards to price, warranty, quality guarantee, ingredients etc.
Our current workforce comprises of over 7,200 individuals whose diligence and hard work has enabled us to be trailblazers in the country’s retail sector. We lay emphasis on personnel development with regards to recruitment, training, promotion, welfare and more. This is because we realise that our employees are our biggest asset and the driving force towards realizing our goal of becoming Kenya’s number one retail store.

Jacques Dome
With over 26 years of experience in global retail, Jacques’ expertise and leadership are extremely valuable in driving the organization towards becoming a trailblazer in Kenya’s retail space. In his previous corporate life, Jacques has headed finance teams at several multinational companies in the capacity of CFO.
Simon Macharia
Simon is an experienced accountant and an astute Finance practitioner. He is a Certified Public Accountant being a certified member of CPA Kenya and CPA Australia. Prior to his current role, Simon has held different roles in his career including six years at Ernst & Young Global Limited.
Joseph Thuku
Thuku is a seasoned retail guru with over 14 years of comprehensive experience. He has demonstrated a keen ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative go-to-market strategies, and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Steve Boro
Prior to joining Quickmart, Steve worked for over four years as Lead Consultant and CFO for a consulting company in the retail sector. His over 12 years’ experience in retail and expertise have been integral for Quickmart to accelerate growth through well thought out commercial strategies.
Betty Wamaitha
Betty’s current role is bolstered by her over 16 years of experience in Marketing and seven years of experience in the retail space. She is the company’s go-to expert when it comes to product development, enhancing brand image, distribution strategy development and media planning.
