At Quickmart, staying true to our motto ‘Fresh & Easy’, our goal is to provide you with fresh products conveniently. We acknowledge that at times, you might want to return an item that perhaps does not meet expectations such as where a shoe fails to fit. When that happens, we will gladly replace such a product free of cost subject to the below T&Cs.
At Quickmart we are all about ‘Fresh & Easy’. Staying true to this motto, we always strive to provide you with unmatched convenience and fresh products every day. In the event that you might want to return an item that perhaps failed to meet your desired expectation (for example if a pair of shoes fail to fit), we will gladly replace the said item free of any costs but in line with the following Terms & Conditions.
  • An original receipt is required for all replacements and the replacement window is strictly within 10 days of purchase for nonperishable products and 1 day of purchase for perishable products.
  • The product must be within the same state as was at the time of purchase with all original packaging and accessories intact including price tags, barcodes etc.
  • Items purchased at a Quickmart Supermarket location can only be returned to the store where the original purchase was made.

NB. Quickmart reserves the right to process replacements at its own discretion.

Other conditions affecting refunds:

  • Damaged or altered merchandise will not be replaced.
  • No cash refunds will be made.
  • Where an item being replaced is out of stock, an alternative product of nearly equivalent value and purpose will be offered and the customer will bear additional costs, if any.
  • In case of price increases since the last purchase, the customer will make good the additional cost of the replaced item.
  • Textile products, washed, used or altered, will not be replaced.
  • Undergarments are not replaceable.
