  • ii) Your purchase history; and

Your personal information may be shared with third-party service providers for Loyalty Program management purposes and business analytics.

HOW TO REGISTER

Visit any of our Quickmart Stores and fill in the membership application form at our Customer Care desk or registration booth to start earning your Q-points. You will be required to provide an ID/Passport copy and phone number to register.

HOW IT WORKS

For every KES 100 (exclusive of taxes) spent at any Quickmart store, you will earn one loyalty point which is redeemable at a value determined by Quickmart management. The more you shop at Quickmart, the more Q-points you earn.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR Q-POINTS

Redemption of Q-points is at any Quickmart store. The redemption period will be declared by Quickmart Management. At redemption you shall be required to present your ID number and phone number at the point of payment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership

  • 1.1. The Q-points program is a digital loyalty card program established by Quickmart Ltd, P.O. Box 2361-00621 Village Market, Nairobi ("Quickmart") to reward its loyal customers.
  • 1.2. The use of Q-points signifies your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions governing membership and use of Q-points.
  • 1.3. These terms and conditions, as varied from time to time, constitute the Agreement between you and Quickmart with respect to Q-points.
  • 1.4. By signing the Application Form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these conditions.

2. Definitions

  • 2.1. In these conditions:
    • "Q-points" means the redeemable reward points awarded to you by Quickmart for each KES 100 (exclusive of taxes) spent at a Quickmart store;
    • "Q-points loyalty program" means a numbered digital loyalty ID registered to you by Quickmart;
    • "Q-points loyalty account" means the account maintained by Quickmart for your Q-points transactions;
    • "Q-points holder" means you, the registered holder of a numbered Q-points ID issued by Quickmart.

3. Q-points Account

  • 3.1. Quickmart has, at your request, registered a Q-points loyalty account in your name to enable you to obtain, accumulate, and redeem Q-points.
  • 3.2. The Q-points loyalty account is registered at Quickmart’s discretion and is useable at all Quickmart stores.
  • 3.3. Accounts are registered only for persons aged 18 years or older.
  • 3.4. Quickmart may offer special discounts and promotions to Q-points account holders.
  • 3.5. Quickmart may partner with other entities to offer promotions to Q-points holders.
  • 3.6. Q-points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered holder or authorized agent.
  • 3.7. Q-points remain the property of Quickmart at all times.
  • 3.8. Quickmart may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misleading information.
  • 3.9. Accounts inactive for over 12 months may be suspended or terminated.
  • 3.10. Quickmart is not liable for third-party misuse or loss of your Q-points, except in cases of employee fraud or negligence.

4. Earning & Redeeming Q-points

  • 4.1. You earn one Q-point for each KES 100 (exclusive of taxes) spent in-store.
  • 4.2. Q-points earned are recorded on your purchase receipt.
  • 4.3. Q-points do not earn interest.
  • 4.4. Quickmart may issue bonus Q-points at its discretion.
  • 4.5. To earn Q-points, present your registered phone number or ID at checkout.
  • 4.6. No Q-points are awarded on credit note purchases or Q-points redemptions.
  • 4.7. Redemption periods and values will be publicly announced in stores.
  • 4.8. Q-points may only be redeemed for goods and services.
  • 4.9. Only the registered account holder may redeem Q-points.
  • 4.10. Q-points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 4.11. If you return a Q-points purchase, present the receipt and your registered ID to adjust your balance.
  • 4.12. Quickmart may amend Q-points criteria at any time; changes will be posted in stores.

5. General Provisions

  • 5.1. Communications from Quickmart sent by email or SMS are deemed received 12 hours after sending; Quickmart is not liable if you do not receive them.
  • 5.2. Quickmart is not liable for non-performance due to IT system failures.
  • 5.3. Quickmart is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure events (e.g., natural calamity, industrial dispute, war).
  • 5.4. Quickmart may cancel or amend these terms at any time; changes are binding on all account holders.
  • 5.5. These terms are governed by the Laws of Kenya.
  • 5.6. Q-points expire 12 months after your date of joining.
