At Quick Mart, staying true to our motto, "Fresh and Easy,” our goal is to conveniently provide you with fresh products. We acknowledge that, at times, you might want to return an item that does not meet your expectations, such as a shoe that fails to fit. When that happens, we will gladly replace such a product free of cost, subject to the following terms and conditions.
REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
- 1. An original receipt is required for all replacements, and the replacement window is strictly within 2 days of purchase for non-perishable products and 1 day of purchase for perishable products.
- 2. The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase, with all original packaging and accessories intact, including price tags and barcodes.
- 3. Items purchased at a Quick Mart Supermarket location can only be returned to the store where the original purchase was made.
- NB. Quick Mart reserves the right to process replacements at its sole discretion.
OTHER CONDITIONS AFFECTING REFUNDS
- 1. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be replaced.
- 2. No cash refunds will be made.
- 3. Where an item being replaced is out of stock, an alternative product of nearly equivalent value and purpose will be offered, and the customer will bear any additional cost.
- 4. In case of price increases since the original purchase, the customer will pay the difference.
- 5. Textile products that have been washed, used, or altered will not be replaced.
- 6. Undergarments are not replaceable.
